Equipping our Children for Life
RBC’s children’s ministry aims to equip our children to
- Know God through learning, memorizing, and applying the Bible
- Love Jesus through worship and relationships
- Become an outreach to our community.
Our children’s ministry is divided into four aspects – Infant and Toddler Child Care, Children’s Church, Ridgefield Kids’ Club and Vacation Bible School.
Infant / Toddler Child Care
Children’s Church
- It’s a time for kids to learn about Jesus, trust God, know the Bible is true, hear the Gospel and ask questions.
- It’s a time for them to develop friendships with other children and adults, and be part of the church.
- It’s a time for parents to know their children are valued and their faith training is supported.
- It’s a time for parents to be strengthened as they see that other parents are trying to raise godly kids.
- It’s a time for children to . . . not be still and know, but to wiggle, laugh, sing, dance and know that God is God.
- It’s a time to be with children and see their understanding of God and their communication with Him grow.
Ridgefield Kids’ Club
Ridgefield Kids’ Club meets at RBC from September to May each year. Each club night includes a Bible lesson, small group time where Bible memory occurs, music, and games. Incentives for attendance, memorizing Bible verses, and completed special projects can be earned each club night.
In addition to growing and learning about Jesus, our hope is that the children involved in Ridgefield Kids’ Club will develop solid friendships with one another. May this, in turn, help our children live out their faith in the community.
Vacation Bible School
Vacation Bible School invites all children Ages 4 thru Grade 4 to grab the adventure of Breaker Rock Beach August 5-9 from 9 to 11:45 am! Check out our VBS Page or register here!
