Elders
Ridgefield Baptist is an elder-led church. The elders oversee direction for the church and are involved in its spiritual development, including teaching ministries.
Deacons
At RBC, Deacons spearhead congregational care, including overseeing and administering material and financial help to hurting families, welcoming worshipers as they arrive on Sundays, providing support in all ministry areas, and preparing communion elements.
Trustees
Our trustees oversee all matters pertaining to the RBC facilities, equipment and grounds.
